Dresden is actually one of the most beautiful and famous cities in Europe. That's why it was very easy for Brück & Sohn to publish a second Advent calendar from Dresden. The Catholic Court Church Dresden was built from 1739 to 1754 in the most beautiful Roman Baroque. The construction had become necessary because Saxony was Protestant, but his Elector August the Strong had to accept the Catholic faith, as he wanted to become King of Poland. In 1980, the Catholic Court Church Dresden was elevated to the Cathedral of St. Trinity.
