Advent calendar "Munich Town Hall"
The New Munich Town Hall on Marienplatz is Munich's landmark and with the carillon in the city hall tower the biggest attraction of the city. The carillon has 43 bells making it the fifth largest carillon in Europe. In 1905, the New Town Hall in Munich was completed in neo-Gothic style. The magnificent building is therefore not as old as one suspects. Our Advent calendar shows the Christmas market on the Marienplatz. The carefully inserted little windows hide Christmas pictures and regional surprises.
